This shelter will house a U-tube minimum/maximum thermometer, a temperature dial, or a standard thermometer. Constructed of wood with louvered front and sides. The bottom panel has holes to increase natural ventilation. The shelter is painted white and includes a lock and key. Mounting holes are provided to install shelter on a wall with a northern exposure to prevent excessive heating by the sun. If installed on a post, a protective sun shade should be used. Meets GLOBE specifications. Inside dimensions: 9"W x 6"D x 17-3/4"H.
