As Aqualung's premium wetsuit hood, the 7/4mm SeaWave+ exceeds expectations. You will find exceptional comfort originating from Aqualung's selection of quality materials and use of perfected fit patterns. Bibbed design tucks in under wetsuit collar for reduced water transfer. Hood is lined with Glideskin and Heater Core Fleece for ultimate comfort, wet or dry. Combination of 7mm & 4mm nylon-2 super-stretch neoprene provides superior insulation. Face panel left unbound for custom trimming. Air Release System vents trapped air at the top of the head. Triple glued & blind stitched construction keeps water from penetrating seams. Hanging loop located at top for easy drying. Hood is black in color and available in multiple sizes.
- Customizable Face Seal: The face seal is designed to be easily trimmed for the size and shape of your face.
- A built-in loop allows easy, drip-dry storage.
- Varied Thickness: 5mm Glide Skin face seal provides a comfortable fit and minimizes cold water from getting into your hood. The rest of the hood is 7mm neoprene which acts as a thermal barrier between you and the cold water.
- Long-lasting seams are glued and blind-stitched to keep water out.
- A bubble vent in the hood allows any trapped exhaust from your regulator to escape.
